Couple of Q&As !

What if I would like a reshoot?

Reshoots are given freely if due to a camera malfunction on our end. However if due to a wardrobe error, lateness, or any error not within our control a reshoot fee will required in the amount of 1/2 the package's original cost. This will prolong the editing process and turn around time as well.

How long is turnaround for a wedding ?

Depending on coverage time of wedding and how many photos in need of sorting it can take 30-40 days in total for edits alone. Printed images included can take up to 6 weeks when an outsourcing printing company involved.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes ! We love animals however we do ask they be carried inside due to other animals on the premises. We are also not responsible for any pets brought inside the studio.

Can I bring my own props?

Sure ! Just let us know ahead of time so we don't purchase duplicates as well as making sure they go along with the set choice.

Can I bring family members with me that won't be in the photos?

Yes, but due to space we ask for only one extra to be present in the area we are shooting in. Too many can sometimes be a distraction not only to the customer being photographed but also to us as well.
