How to download your digital images

What is a digital image?

A digital image is your final photo that is received by a link to your messages that you can click to view then download to your device. Digital images are not printed on photo paper of any kind. Digital Images are only by a link and not on a USB or disc unless requested.

Download Instructions:

-navigate to a photo you want to save and tap the overflow menu. You'll see an option to Save to Camera Roll if you have permission to download photos or once you click the photo there is a small arrow at the bottom.

⁃ once saved to your camera roll or device they can be sent to any print company of your choice , downloaded to a flash drive or shared on Facebook
⁃ The download link you are given will only be available for up to 14 days after

It is the customer’s responsibility to save their photos to their devices
